Yeah, yeah, yeah

So I haven't posted in much too long. But I've finally got some news: I'm buying a house! They accepted my offer on it this week, and the inspections etc are scheduled for next week. If all goes well, I should be closing by the end of the month.

If you're familiar with the Kansas City, it's in the "Historic Northeast", aka Scarritt Point. True to the name, the house is pushing a hundred years old. Hardwood floors throughout. Once I get done refinishing them, they should be nice. Watch this space for a closing party, and if you come see me in March, I'd be happy to show you around.
